23 Weeks

It has been confirmed that it is a girl. Skylehr Dorothy Knight due April 1st 2009. She is healthy, 1 pound 2 oz and from what the nurses say stubborn. I have been put on bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy. Which sucks. I was walking to watch my weight and to help me emotionally. Now Im stuck in the house...an emotional wreck. I dont like being pregnant....don't get me wrong I am very grateful that I am having a baby but I dont like being pregnant. Besides the emotional rollercoaster I have such bad dreams! I used to love them now I try not to dream at all which I have no control over...the dreams are differnt every time, Im always pregnant, and they all end the same and I wake up crying only to go back to sleep to have another one. Those dont help my moods very much.
The good thing is that I only have a couple of months left! Then no more pregnancy for me! Ever again!
I am looking forward to christmas. Not going to be doing much but am looking forward to it. The girls will be gone till the day after christmas and I cherish...long for the breaks without them. Im sure my mood doesnt help theirs much but I cant help it. I have no patience for thier lying, arguing with me, pouting for no reason, and them fighting over everyting! Then I feel guilty for being glad that they are gone....
Skarlett loves bed rest...she is so attached to me now...which I love too.
We docorated our house outside for christmas and it looks amazing. we still have to get some more extention cords to plug in the rest of the lights...we will go and get our tree this weekend. Tabitha Terrys other daughter is coming to our house and staying for a little over a week right after christmas. Everyones excited. I havent met her before...hope she feels comfortable here.
I had to drop a few of my classes since I am on bed rest..I was so close to being done with the semester. oh well...gotta do what I gotta do.

I'm Engaged!!

Terry proposed last night! It was so sweet and unexpected. I'm so excited and happy...he said the sweetest things one being he wants to be the best man for me and how I have been such a good mother to his children and he has never felt this way before! (guess that is more than just one thing) I will have to post pictures soon!
How it happened:
He came home late from work and brought me whataburger. I was eating my fries and noticed this paper in there-I dismissed it as a straw wrapper...then there was a bigger piece so I said "what is all this trash doing in my fries" he starts laughing I see my name on the trash...now Im real confused....I open it and read it and he says the sweetest things and makes me cry...we hug and kiss and I think thats it...he says "there's more" so I dump out the frys expecting another letter and there was the ring!

I couldn't be happier!
(well if I was rich but that is beside the point) :)

I'm Pregnant!

I found out that I was pregnant at 6 weeks....First I cried....then I hugged Terry for a while...then we talked and our biggest worry was telling my dad. He was the first person I told and for those of yall that know my dad know that was a huge deal....he was not happy...he didnt talk to me for two weeks...he is talking to me now which is good but we still dont talk about the baby. Everyone else including myself and Terry are really excited. Im glad he is since this isnt his first child I wasnt sure how he would feel but he is just as excited as I am!
This was at 6 weeks.

This is 9 weeks. The head is on the left with the arms below it, the body, and then the legs. The baby was moving around so much/dancing and it appeared to wave at us.

This was 12 weeks and 5 days. I was spotting alot and scared so I went in. Everything is okay. Its hard to tell from the glare but the head is on the left looking down....the spine with the arms hanging down and then the legs hanging down.

12 weeks and 5 days. The head is on the left, you cant see the arms, then the cord, and then the legs....the knee is on cross and the leg is bent backward.
I am hoping for a boy! we have a better chance of having a girl though...we will see.

We go to my dad's beach house alot! We have so many memories from there. Here is just a typical weekend at the beach house. Check out this shell I found on High Island...it is complete...in one piece....its awesome! I had just found like 20 complete little ones and we got in the truck to turn around and head home and we were talking about how cool it would be to find a huge one and then I saw it...just chillin there on the sand with the waves crashing over it...awesome.

Well it's the end of the school year...Alle is now finished with 1st grade! Wow! She had a kinda tuff year....went to the principles office several times (ate lunch in his office for a week)....had recess detention all the time....got into a couple of fights....didn't get off the bus one day-leaving me in a panic....made friends with all the bad kids....found out she was allergic to some flowers the school had in their garden...stole money from us and one of her friends.....even with all that she came out with all A's and B's....she is very smart when she wants to be. We now have a new member to our family...Skarlett! When we got her she was aprox. 2 months old and her previous owners were training her to be mean(she is also a pit bull). We had to break that real quick! We get to save her life too! yay!

After a short period of time she is bonding with D-Boe and coming around nicely!

I know this may be hard for some to believe but if they are trained right they are amazing dogs....we havent even had her for a month yet and they share food and water (the cat also drinks from the same bowl).
